MANUFACTURER OF TRACTOR MAY BE LIABLE FOR MALFUNCTION HARTLAND, NEW YORK (June 19, 2016)  A 68-year-old man was tragically killed in a farming accident after the tractor that he was using experienced some sort of mechanical failure by Seaman Road, according to ABC 7 News.
