POLICE MAY BE LIABLE FOR DEADLY CAR ACCIDENT QUEENS, NEW YORK  (July 9, 2016)  A 78-year-old woman was killed in a tragic accident as police were chasing a robbery suspect through a residential neighborhood in Cambia Heights on Thursday, according to ABC News.
